  3. Cancellations

    • Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at sales@minicreature.com. We will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

    • After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process once you receive the item.
